1/3 cup tomato puree
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
2 sheets puff pastry
6 slices salami, finely chopped
4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine tomato puree and herbs. Spread over puff pastry then sprinkle with salami and cheese. Roll up tightly and cut each sheet into 12 pieces. Place on prepared trays and bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
