Curried Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
150 g minced beef
2 None spring onions, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 tsp curry powder
1-2 packs instant mash, made as per packet instructions
30 g gouda cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and saute beef until browned. Add the spring onions and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper and the curry powder.
Add 1 cup water to the pan, remove from the heat and transfer to a baking dish, top with mashed potato and cheese and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
