Ingredients

3.5 oz feta, crumbled
1.25 oz fresh breadcrumbs
1/8 cup parsley, chopped
1/8 cup dill, chopped
1 large egg, lightly beaten
None None Light olive oil, to fry
None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Combine feta, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill and egg. Season to taste. Using wet hands, shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan or wok on high. Fry balls in batches until golden. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with lemon wedges.
