Lamb Chops With Fava Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    150 g frozen broad beans
    3 tbsp oil
    200 g potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
    150 g lamb steak
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    5 g onion-garlic paste
    1/4 tsp dried rosemary
Preparation
    Cook fava beans in boiling salted water for about 20 mins then drain and set aside.
    Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and saute potatoes over medium heat for 10 mins. Add lamb chops and cook for 10 mins.
    Whisk 2 tbsp oil, vinegar, and onion-garlic paste with a pinch of sugar and season. Toss with drained beans and serve with lamb and potatoes. Garnish with rosemary.
