Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups strong espresso coffee
    3/4 cup marsala wine
    8 oz crisp Italian ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/3 cup powdered sugar
    1 tub (16 oz) mascarpone cheese
    2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, grated
    None None Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
    None None Chocolate curls, to decorate
Preparation
    Combine coffee and 1/2 cup of the marsala in a large bowl. Cool.
    Dip one-third of the ladyfingers into coffee mixture one at a time. Arrange in 4 serving dishes (or one large dish), cutting to fit.
    Beat cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in mascarpone and remaining marsala.
    Spread one-third of cream mixture over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with half the grated chocolate.
    Repeat layers twice, dipping ladyfingers in coffee. Finish with cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve dusted with cocoa and topped with chocolate curls.
