Asian Greens With Soy Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1 piece (3/4 inch) fresh ginger, finely chopped
    12 oz gai lan, trimmed
    1 lb baby bok choy, trimmed and quartered lengthways
Preparation
    Combine the rice vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl.
    Cook the gai lan and baby bok choy, separately, until tender; drain. Serve the greens drizzled with soy dressing.
