Quick Honey Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup butter
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 7x12 inch cake pan and line base with baking paper. Grease paper.
    Combine flour, baking soda, spices and sugar in a food processor. Process until combined.
    In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter and 1/2 cup water. Stir over low heat until butter is melted. Add to food processor with the motor running and process until smooth. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 35 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let cool in pan for 2 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
