Marinated Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Kalamata olives, rinsed
12 oz green olives, rinsed
3/4 cup olive oil
2 None wide strips orange peel
2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 None bay leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds, toasted
1 sprig fresh rosemary, halved
2 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to let flavors develop.
Serve with cheese and crackers.
