Blue Cheese, Pear And Macadamia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None pears, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
    4 oz mixed salad greens
    3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
    2 tsp white wine vinegar
    2 tsp canola or olive oil
    3 tsp honey
Preparation
    Toss the pears, salad greens, blue cheese and nuts in a large bowl.
    Whisk the vinegar, oil and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad; toss to coat well..
