Mixed Salad With Sesame Rice Wine Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

5 oz mixed baby greens
4 None radishes, trimmed and cut into matchsticks
1 None avocado, stoned, peeled and sliced
1 None carrot, cut into matchsticks
5 oz snow peas, trimmed, blanched and sliced
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirin
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine greens, radishes, avocado, carrot and snow peas.
Whisk together sesame oil, mirin, rice wine vinegar and sugar. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad and toss well. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
