Stir Fried Pork And Asian Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb pork fillet, trimmed and sliced
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    2 bunches baby bok choy, quartered
    1 bunch broccolini
    3.5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1/4 cup reduced-salt soy sauce
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry pork for 2-3 mins. Transfer to a plate.
    Add onion, garlic and ginger to wok and stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until tender.
    Return pork to wok along with baby bok choy, broccolini, sugar snap peas, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir- fry for 2-3 mins, until greens begin to wilt. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
