Cheesy Sweet Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz) can creamed sweet corn
    1 None spring onion, finely chopped
    2 cups milk
    1 oz aged Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tbsp blue cheese, diced
    2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
    None None thick bread slices, to serve
Preparation
    Gently heat creamed corn, onion, milk and cheese over low heat for 5-10 mins, stirring, until the cheese melts.
    Ladle into serving bowls. Sprinkle with blue cheese and parsley. Serve with thick bread slices.
