Cinnamon Teacake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, at room temperature, plus 1 tbsp, melted
    1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 None egg
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
    Beat butter, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add egg and beat until well combined. Sift flour into butter mixture and add milk. Using a large metal spoon, fold into mixture. Spoon into prepared pan; smooth top.
    Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins. While cake is still hot, brush with melted butter. Combine 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle liberally over cake.
