Sea Bream With Bean And Pepper Salsa - cooking recipe

4 (5.25 oz) sea bream fillets
None None Bean and Pepper Salsa
1 (13.5 oz) can borlotti beans, drained, rinsed
1 (10 oz) can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
1 None red bell pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
1 None red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 None lime, juiced
None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Lightly coat with oil. Season fish and cook for 3-4 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, for the bean and pepper salsa, toss together beans, corn, pepper, onion, cilantro, garlic and lime juice. Season.
Serve fish with bean and pepper salsa and lime wedges on the side.
