Ingredients

2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped finely
4 None round pita breads
4 slices bacon, cut in 1/2
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
3 oz cheese, sliced
1 None red onion, peeled and sliced thinly
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Mix the tomato paste, olive oil, 4 tbsp of water and most of the rosemary then spread onto the pitas. Top them with bacon, mushrooms, cheese and onion. Bake for about 10 mins. Serve the pizzas sprinkled with the remaining rosemary.
