Chocolate And Orange Baked Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups low fat ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 None eggs
    4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 None orange, peel grated and orange juiced
    2 None oranges, peeled and segmented
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8-inch springform pan with no stick cooking spray.
    Process the ricotta, sugar and eggs in a food processor until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls.
    Stir the chocolate and cocoa powder into 1 bowl. Stir the orange peel and 1 tbsp of the juice into the other bowl.
    Spoon the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Spoon the orange mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing the top
    Bake for 45 mins, until pale golden. Turn off the oven and cool with the door ajar. Refrigerate until firm. Serve slices topped with orange segments.
