Asian Tuna And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz canned tuna, drained
    2 cups baby spinach leaves
    1/2 cup snap peas
    1/2 cup carrot, cut into matchsticks
    1/2 None cucumber, cut into batons
    3 tbsp mint, leaves picked
    1/4 cup crushed peanuts
    1 1 inch piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 tbsp palm sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 None long red chilli, finely sliced
    1 None clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine tuna, spinach, snap peas, carrot, cucumber, mint, peanuts and ginger.
    To make the dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Toss dressing with the tuna salad and serve.
