Italian Hoagie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None ciabatta loaf, sliced almost in half, leaving one side attached, and folded open
    3 1/2 oz smoked ham, sliced
    2 oz peppered salami, sliced
    2 oz milano salami, sliced
    3 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1 bunch fresh basil leaves
    1 None beefsteak tomato, sliced
    None None Olives, to serve
Preparation
    Pull out most of the soft bread inside and fill with layers of meats, cheese, fresh basil leaves, and tomato. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, replace the top and tie with string to compress filling.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill for up to 6 hours. Slice and serve with olives.
