Gluten-Free Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups rolled brown rice (brown rice flakes)
    2 cups puffed brown rice
    2 cups rice bran flakes
    3/4 cup unsalted pistachio kernels
    1/2 cup dried pears, chopped
    1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
    1 cup flaxseeds (linseeds)
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup almonds
    None None Fresh fruit of your choice, to serve
    None None Low fat milk or yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Mix rolled rice, puffed rice, rice bran flakes, pistachios and chopped fruit in a large bowl.
    Place flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds in a food processor. Process until lightly crushed. Stir into puffed rice mixture until combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
    Serve 1/2 cup portions of the muesli with fresh fruit and low fat milk or yogurt.
