Mustard Beef Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp whole grain mustard
    2 tbsp horseradish cream
    2 (15 oz) New York strip steaks
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 None French baguette, cut into 1/3 inch-thick slices
    2 tsp olive oil
    24 None baby spinach leaves
Preparation
    Combine 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tbsp horseradish in a small bowl. Spread over steaks then chill, covered, until required. Combine remaining mustard and horseradish with sour cream in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Arrange crostini in a single layer on 2-3 baking trays. Lightly coat with oil then bake until toasted on both sides.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook steaks until seared on both sides and cooked to your liking. Cover, let rest for 5 mins then slice thinly.
    Top crostini with spinach, steak and sour cream mixture. Serve immediately.
