Walnut Cinnamon Teacake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 None egg
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/3 cup milk
    None None FOR THE CINNAMON TOPPING
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 7-inch round cake pan. Line bottom with parchment paper; grease paper.
    Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, beat until combined. Fold in sifted flour and milk. Spread batter into prepared pan.
    For the topping, combine all ingredients in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake for about 30 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
