Ham Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 None medium Spanish onions, sliced thinly
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    13 oz finely chopped ham
    6 None large eggs
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly oil an 8x12 inch rectangular pan.
    Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for 5 mins.
    Add ham, eggs, cream, cheese and basil to onion mixture and stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 mins, or until set.
