Onion Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cream cheese
    1 None medium onion, finely chopped
    6 None spring onions, finely chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup ketchup
    4 None small pickles, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 oz dehydrated onion flakes
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, pickles and garlic. Season.
    Sprinkle onion flakes over a sheet of parchment paper. Shape cream cheese mixture into 2 balls then roll in onion flakes to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
