Burgers With Garlic Mayonnaise, Caramelized Onions And Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None medium onions, peeled and sliced thinly
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    4 None burger rolls
    1 cup arugula
    6 None baby beets, peeled and grated
Preparation
    Combine the ground beef, ketchup and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl and season. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
    Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan, and cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and cover to keep warm.
    Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, then add the onion. Cook, stirring, until soft.
    Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise and garlic in a small bowl.
    Split each roll in half. Layer the bottom half with the patties, garlic mayonnaise, arugula, beets and onion. Season to taste, top with the lids and serve.
