Sautéed Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp flaxseed oil
    1 None large yellow bell pepper, diced
    1/4 inch peeled fresh ginger, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 None small onion, minced
    1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
    1/4 cup chicken broth, like Progresso
    1 None lemon, zested, juiced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pepper, ginger, garlic, onion, asparagus and chicken broth, covered, for 3 mins, or until tender. Stir in 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 2 tsp lemon juice and tarragon. Season. Serve immediately.
