Strawberry Daiquiri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 None wedge lemon, plus 1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 None strawberries
    3-4 tbsp white rum
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    Handful None crushed ice
Preparation
    Spread the brown sugar on a saucer. Run the lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass to moisten, then dip the rim in the brown sugar.
    Reserve 1 strawberry for the garnish. Puree the remaining strawberries with the rum, granulated sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a blender. Add the crushed ice and briefly blend again at high speed. Pour into the prepared glass, garnish with the reserved strawberry and serve.
