Turkey And Cranberry Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp cranberry sauce
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    None None Flour, for dusting
    None None Sauteed potatoes and steamed green beans, to serve
Preparation
    Mix ground turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, cranberry sauce, parsley and garlic in a large bowl until well blended. Season to taste. Form mixture into 8 patties. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
    Dust patties in a little flour, shaking off excess. Fry for 4-5 mins each side, until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauteed potatoes and steamed green beans.
