Chilled Melon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups chopped melon, such as watermelon and/or cantaloupe, plus extra melon balls to serve
    1/4 cup sweet dessert wine
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp finely grated ginger
    None None fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Preparation
    Puree melon in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients then chill until ready to serve. Garnish with mint sprigs and melon balls.
