Miso Pea And Wasabi Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2.5 oz shelled peas
    2 None spring onions, chopped
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp miso paste
    1 tsp wasabi paste
    None None crackers, to serve
    None None baby carrots, to serve
    None None grissini, to serve
Preparation
    Blanch peas in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins, until tender and bright green. Drain. Transfer to food processor or blender. Add spring onions, mayonnaise, lime juice, miso paste and wasabi paste. Process until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with crackers, carrots and grissini.
