Ingredients

2 tbsp rum
1/2 cup raisins, chopped
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, chopped
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 None egg, at room temperature
1/3 cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 1-quart souffle dish or ovenproof bowl. Line bottom with a disc of parchment paper.
Combine rum and raisins in a small saucepan on medium-low heat. Cook, covered, 2-3 mins, or until raisins have absorbed rum. Add 2 oz chocolate, butter, cocoa powder and milk. Stir until chocolate has melted; remove from heat.
Sift flour into a large bowl; stir in granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. Add to chocolate mixture with egg; mix well. Spoon into prepared dish.
Bake 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins.
Meanwhile, place remaining 3 oz chocolate, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cream in a small saucepan on medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, 2-3 mins, or until chocolate has melted. Serve with pudding cake.
