Cheese And Seeded Straws - cooking recipe

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 None egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/3 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll the pastry into a 12-inch wide rectangle. Cut into 15 strips. Brush with egg. Sprinkle 5 strips with sesame seeds, 5 with poppy seeds and the remaining 5 with Cheddar cheese.
Twist the strips 3 or 4 times. Place 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
Bake 10-15 mins until golden and crisp. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Serve with raw vegetable sticks and dips.
