Toasted Mediterranean Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None Turkish rolls, halved horizontally
    3 oz basil, cashew and Parmesan dip
    5 oz hot Spanish salami, thinly sliced
    14 oz marinated chargrilled pepper
    5 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped
    4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
    3 oz baby spinach
Preparation
    Preheat a sandwich press. Spread 1 tbsp basil dip over bottom rolls. Top with salami, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, spinach and top rolls. Toast rolls until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
