Layered Tuna Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    160 g can tuna, drained and flaked
    5 sprigs fresh oregano, finely chopped
    1 None medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
    3 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 tbsp soured cream
    1-2 tbsp lemon juice
    12 slices white bread, crusts cut off
    2 None hardboiled eggs, peeled and sliced
    1/2 None cucumber, sliced
    None None Lettuce, for garnish
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the tuna, oregano, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Season to taste.
    Spread 4 slices bread with the half of the tuna mixture. Layer with cucumber slices followed by a second slice of bread, the remaining tuna mixture, and sliced eggs. Top sandwiches with a third slice of bread, cut in half diagonally and serve garnished with lettuce.
