Baked Chipolata Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None chipolata sausages
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp chili flakes
    1 None (14-oz) can chopped tomatoes
    2/3 cup tomato sauce
    1 None zucchini, halved lengthways, sliced
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup pitted black olives
    2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
    None None Mashed potatoes, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat a large skillet to high. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, or until golden all over. Transfer to a 7-by-11-inch shallow ovenproof dish.
    Saute onion, garlic, and chili flakes in same pan on high for 2-3 mins. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini, and sugar. Season to taste. Bring to a boil, then pour over sausages. Cover with foil and bake for 15 mins.
    Sprinkle with olives and basil. Serve with mashed potatoes.
