Braised Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 lbs red bliss potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    None None grilled lamb, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large, lidded frying pan over a medium heat. Add potatoes and cook, tossing occasionally, for 10 mins, or until pale golden.
    Combine lemon juice and 3/4 cup of water in a small bowl and add to pan. Season to taste, cover and simmer for 5-10 mins, until potatoes are tender. Serve with grilled lamb.
