1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder

9 oz mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp honey
6 None strawberries, quartered
2 None apricots, pitted, sliced
1 None banana, peeled, sliced, tossed in a little lemon juice
2 None kiwis, peeled, cut into wedges
2.5 oz fresh raspberries
2 oz blueberries
2 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat together butter, honey and sugar until creamy. Sift flour and cocoa powder together then fold in. Gather mixture together and knead until smooth. Roll out into a 12 inch disc and prick with a fork. Cut into 6 segments. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins, until just firm to the touch. Let cool.
Meanwhile, for the topping, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream and honey until smooth. Spread over pizza base then arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve within 2 hours.
