Chicken Stir Fry With Almonds And Bok Choy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 lb bok choy, quartered
5 oz whole blanched almonds, toasted
Preparation

Combine chicken and half the hoisin sauce in a medium bowl. Heat oiled wok and stir-fry chicken, in batches, until cooked. Remove from wok. Stir-fry bok choy, remaining sauce and 1/3 cup water in wok until bok choy is tender. Return chicken to wok along with almonds and stir-fry until hot. Season and serve.
