Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
    1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
    2 tbsp butter, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with cold water and salt lightly. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and drain.
    Transfer to a large, shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Season with salt. Sprinkle with brown sugar and lemon peel. Drizzle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Toss gently by tilting paper, until butter has melted and potatoes are coated in butter and sugar.
    Bake for 25 mins, turning once with tongs, or until golden. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve hot.
