3 1/3 cups sugar
12 oz strawberries, hulled
12 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
1/4 cup lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread sugar over tray. Bake for 4-5 mins until heated through.
Combine berries in a heavy-based saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 mins, stirring occasionally, until fruit softens.
Add warm sugar, stirring to dissolve. Mix in lemon juice. Increase heat to medium and bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 30-35 mins, until jam reaches setting point. Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal. Heat process for shelf stability, if desired.
