Vegetable Tortilla Wraps With Hummus And Ricotta Celery Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None flour tortillas
    1 cup hummus
    3.5 oz mixed greens
    1 None carrot, grated
    1/2 None green pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
    2 None tomatoes, diced
    3.5 oz ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
    2 stalks celery, cut into 4 inch pieces
Preparation
    Place tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread hummus over top. Add mixed greens, carrot, pepper and tomatoes. Roll up tightly to enclose filling. Halve.
    In a small bowl, mix ricotta with chives. Spread down the center of each piece of celery. Serve with tortilla wraps.
