Tahini Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
None None Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
None None Smoked paprika, to serve
None None Flatbread, to serve
None None Radishes, celery, beans, cucumber, to serve
Preparation

Combine the tahini and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add 1/3 cup water; stir until smooth. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground white pepper.
Place the dip in a small serving bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with flatbread and vegetables.
