Herby Scrambled Egg Breakfast Wraps - cooking recipe

2 None plum tomatoes, halved
4 None eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp butter
4 None whole wheat tortillas, warmed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place tomatoes, cut-side up, on prepared tray. Season. Bake for 20 mins.
Whisk together eggs, milk and herbs. Season. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add egg mixture and heat gently, stirring, for 3-5 mins, until just set. Distribute between tortillas along with tomatoes. Roll up and serve.
