Curried Beef And Lentils - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz yellow split peas
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 None Spanish onion, thinly sliced
    1 None tomato, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp curry powder
    5 cups beef bolognese sauce
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 loaf Turkish bread, quartered, halved, toasted
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Preparation
    Cook split peas in boiling water until just tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion, tomato and curry powder, stirring, until onion softens. Add split peas, bolognese sauce and raisins. Bring to a boil.
    Serve curried beef with toast. Top with yogurt.
