Blue Cheese And Caramelized Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 None onion, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    3/4 cup creme fraiche
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring, until softened. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook, stirring, over low heat, for 10 mins, or until caramelized.
    Add cheese and creme fraiche. Stir until smooth. Let cool. Cover and chill until cold. Stir in parsley just before serving.
