Chicken Salad Bar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
14 oz mixed grilled vegetables
2 cups cooked couscous
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
7 oz mixed salad greens
None None Vinaigrette, mayonnaise, to serve
None None FOR THE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 oz crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Combine chicken, oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a bowl. Grill chicken 5-6 mins each side. Slice and keep warm.
For the blue cheese dressing, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Arrange all ingredients on platters. Serve with dressings.
