Chocolate Rocky Road Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Small, new paintbrush
    3 1/2 oz dark chocolate, melted
    12 None 1-inch paper muffin cup liners
    3 1/2 oz finely chopped Turkish delight or marshmallows
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped toasted pistachios
    1 tbsp shredded coconut
Preparation
    Using the paintbrush, paint chocolate thickly inside each paper liner. Reserve remaining chocolate.
    Place liners on a tray. Chill for 5 minutes until chocolate sets. Peel away and discard cases.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine Turkish delight, nuts and coconut.
    Spoon Turkish delight mixture evenly into cups. Drizzle with remaining chocolate and chill Until chocolate is set.
