Egg Salad With Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
16 None small shrimp
3 None eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp curry powder
4 leaves iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
4 slices rustic bread
1/4 bunch chives, finely chopped
Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp over high heat for 2-3 mins, turning regularly. Remove from the pan and season to taste.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and curry powder and season to taste. Pile each slice of bread with the lettuce leaves and egg mixture and divide the shrimp between them. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
