Iceberg, Parmesan And Prosciutto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
    3 None soft-boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Heat a nonstick frying pan over high heat. Lightly coat with oil and cook prosciutto for 1 min per side. Set aside to cool then transfer to a large bowl along with lettuce and Parmesan. Top with eggs.
    To make the dressing, whisk together all dressing ingredients and season to taste. Drizzle over salad to serve.
