Pear And Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

1 sheet frozen pie dough, thawed
6 None pears, peeled, seeded, thickly sliced
1/2 lb strawberries, halved or quartered
1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp ground ginger or cinnamon
3 tbsp reduced-fat dairy spread (40% fat)
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Line a 9 inch pie dish with pie dough. Trim edge. Using your thumb and finger, crimp edge decoratively. Prick pastry lightly all over with a fork. Place dish on a baking tray. Blind bake for 12 mins, or until golden. Let cool.
Meanwhile, cook pears and 1 tbsp water over medium heat, covered, for 3 mins, or until pear is almost tender. Add strawberries, cover and cook for 1 min, or until just softened. Add honey. Strain, reserving juices. Let cool then transfer drained fruit to pie shell.
Combine flour and ginger. Cut in dairy spread until crumbly then mix in oats and brown sugar. Sprinkle over pie filling. Cover edges with foil and bake for 12 mins, or until crumble is golden.
Serve with reserved fruit juice.
