Pear Slaw With Walnuts And Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None orange, zested and juiced
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
    2 tsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb pears, julienned
    1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
    Whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp orange zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, chives and maple syrup. Slowly whisk in vegetable oil. Season. Add pears, walnuts and cranberries. Gently toss to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
